Neurotrauma & Concussions
This session reviews the critical care, diagnosis, and long-term management of traumatic brain injuries and concussions. Topics include acute intracranial pressure management, diffuse axonal injury, biomarker tracking for mild TBI, and chronic traumatic encephalopathy prevention. Traumatologists and sports medicine experts at Stroke 2027 will analyze standardized return-to-play and return-to-learn protocols following repetitive head trauma. Attendees will master early stratification tools and neuro-intensive care strategies, enabling them to prevent secondary brain injury cascades.
